I planned to completely reset my laptop in default factory settings, not because of a virus problem or anything but only because I want it fresh just like the first day I've used it. I dont care if the data is lost I just want the laptop to work. As I said, it wont let me boot with safe mode. Maybe these things are relevant informations. These problems are known and got common for me. I hate microsoft for bugs like these because every laptop I had, had trouble with updates and automatic repair tools.
